We'll kick off with a 2.5-hour Core Gift Discovery session — a deep listening into what is most essentially yours to offer. Not your résumé. The exact gift that has been shaped by the particular texture of your earned wisdom, your losses, your quirks, your values. You'll leave knowing what you are on this planet to say, and do, and be.

From there, we meet five more times over three months — sixty minutes each, via Zoom, at the pace the work actually needs.

Hi, I’m Brooke.
I know what it is to leave behind an identity that used to hold you. I've been inside the transition I'm asking you to embrace.
I've traveled a long road to get here — public school art teacher, creativity retreat leader, tenured professor, department chair, award winning scholar. For years I did what many of the women I work with have done: chased external rewards, proved my worth, jumped through every hoop.
But my calling didn’t fit into a job description, so I claimed one for myself.
As a Midlife Midwife, I help women bring their wisdom forward, using a highly practical (and magical) toolbox of intuitive, trauma-informed coaching, yoga nidra, somatics, expressive arts, and dreamwork.
My deepest work is sitting with thoughtful women like you until the life that's wholly yours comes into focus — and staying beside you while you build the courage to fully claim it.
