You already know something is different about this moment.
Maybe you chose this threshold. Maybe the threshold chose you.
What brought you here might be a loss, a marriage ending, a struggle to choose from various paths.
Maybe it’s that the career you spent the first half of your life building no longer fits the woman you're becoming.
Or you haven't been able to face the book, the proposal, the thing that deeply matters — in months.
You’re deeply values-driven. Which means the distance between who you are and how you're living isn't just uncomfortable. It's grief.
The old maps don't go where you need to go anymore. Something in you is already drawing the next one. (Which means the You can’t… and You won’t be able to… voices are having a field day.)
Maybe you've thought one of these things…
I get great insights. I just can't seem to pull them through into my actual life.
I've done everything right — so why am I still unfulfilled?
My intellectual and creative life keeps getting moved to the back of the line. I'm not sure I even know how to bring it forward anymore.
I want to follow my energy instead of forcing through life.
I keep circling the same decision and I can't figure out why I won't just make it.
I just need someone to tell me that what I want is worthy of my time and attention — even when it feels selfish to pursue.
Wherever you’re coming from, you've arrived and can exhale here.
How individual coaching works:
You brew a cup of tea in your favorite mug or take your laptop out to the porch — whatever helps you feel grounded.
We take a moment to arrive together. Maybe you light a candle. Maybe we simply breathe. We quiet the outer world so we can turn toward your inner one.
You catch me up on life since our last session, and share what you'd love to receive from our time together. From there, we give what you need most our undivided attention.
Before we part, we harvest together — what you're taking away, what feels important or surprising, what wants your attention next.
You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more certain of your next tenderbrave step.
We meet on Zoom, for 60 minutes at a time, every 2-3 weeks. Most clients begin with four sessions — enough time to establish trust and really go somewhere together. After that we check in.
Some women find four sessions is exactly what they needed. Others stay much longer, as the work deepens and the questions — and the dreams — get more interesting.
I trust you to know what's emerging. We'll find a rhythm that actually serves you.
The support doesn't stop when our call ends.
Some of the most important moments happen between sessions. The hard conversation you didn't see coming. The dream that made everything click into place. The tiny victory nobody else would understand.
You don't have to hold it all by yourself anymore.
Between our sessions you have access to me via email, text, and Voxer. I respond thoughtfully and promptly, because I know how much it matters to be met in the in-between.
You'll also have access to a private resource space — practices, prompts, reading recommendations, and contemplative exercises curated specifically for where you are.
The container, in other words, is larger than our calls. It's ongoing. Living. As the best conversations always are.
This is what the second half of life can look like with support.
Underneath everything my clients create and take ownership over — the new jobs, the businesses, the books, the art — they feel more rooted, more relaxed, and more like themselves than they have in years.
For years Valerie hoped to turn her dissertation into a book. But anxiety and self-doubt made it difficult to even open the document most days. She came to coaching with one clear wish: to finally take actual steps forward. Together we found a writing rhythm that felt good to her spirit — and slowly, her resistance and fear began to soften. What emerged wasn't just a book. It was Valerie claiming her gifts as a writer and thinker, on her own terms.
Claire was locked in a cycle of perpetual burnout. With everyone on her team expecting her to step into her boss's role, she was facing one of the biggest decisions of her life. Together we uncovered what was really driving the exhaustion: years inside a large system that left little room for autonomy, flow, or her own way of doing things. She made the leap. Now she's growing a consulting practice that sustainably resources her joy and magic.
Before a change in leadership, Sara's job was a near-perfect fit. But under an unpredictable new supervisor, she found herself miserable and trapped — and grieving a job she used to adore. Our coaching shifted the focus from what wasn't working to what she wanted next. No longer stuck, Sara changed jobs, negotiating for more money and autonomy than she'd ever asked for before — while intentionally building her own bookbinding business on the side.
These women made these shifts while holding demanding jobs, caregiving roles, and the beautiful, relentless complexity of a full life.

That’s okay—and expected! Our work together will help you uncover and clarify what’s next, even if the pathway isn’t clear right now.

Many of my clients bring coaching into their life in addition to working with a trusted therapist. For me, it is less about what we talk about in coaching versus therapy, but HOW we will talk about it. My intention is to relate to you as whole and complete, and guide you toward the fullest expression of yourself.

When you work with me, you're not just working with me. You're working with a lineage of extraordinary teachers, and a methodology shaped by depth psychology, somatics, and the hard-won wisdom of women who've walked this threshold before you.
I'm a credentialed Playing Big facilitator, a Dare to Lead certified practitioner, and an Advanced Applied Depths coach — trained to go beyond technique into the deeper work of genuine transformation. My academic background includes a Master's from Columbia and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, and two published books on mentorship as a creative and relational process.
I've done my own unraveling. I know what it costs to choose safe over soulful for too long. I didn't build this work from theory. I built it from the inside out — because it's the guidance I wish I'd had.

My fee is $250 per session.
