The Leadership Atelier:

bespoke leadership coaching for women changemakers

The Leadership Atelier is a 1:1 coaching partnership for rising leaders in nonprofits, corporate, and academia. My clients include creatives, academics, entrepreneurs, executives, directors, social workers, and activists.

Together we will create the felt sense of your leadership in every relationship and every room so that you finally get recognized for the leadership you already possess, and influence real change.

Like a tailored outfit or work of art, every partnership is uniquely created for you and your style of leadership.

In an atelier, everything begins with a custom, made-to-measure fitting.

◆ You know there is a book inside you that could change your field—but you’ve never thought of yourself as an author, speaker, or thought leader.

◆ You create influence in your role—but you want to leverage your power in a way that is regenerative and sustainable for generations to come.

◆ You see a bridge between two wildly different industries—but you’re getting stuck on how to talk about your vision in ways that build momentum.

◆ You imagine a gallery’s worth of paintings—but you’re unsure how to find the time in your studio between work and caregiving.

◆ You earned an MBA—but you feel like you are still at the starting line of your career.

The Leadership Atelier is for you if you’re ready to finally get recognized for the leadership you already possess so you can broaden your authentic network and influence.

Inside the atelier~

We’ll meet for two sessions each month for six months. I’ve seen this cadence create a supportive and spacious experience that meets you where you’re at.

Within the first 30 days inside the atelier, you will…

  1. Get clear on who you are as a leader so you can better understand what’s getting in the way of your influential leadership.

  2. Get to know the 5 qualities of a Self-Expressed Leader so you’ll notice how they show up for you. (If you’d like, you can listen to me talk about these qualities here.)

  3. Create a signature metaphor for your leadership, and apply this “leading metaphor” to reflect on your past experiences, and set you up with tangible practices that immediately deepen the felt sense of your leadership.

With this bespoke framework in place, we’ll co-create your vision for what’s next so you can fully express your leadership (and your body of work).

Here’s what Self-Expressed Leadership could mean for you…

◆ Make choices that bring your mission statement to action.

◆ Get started on your book, podcast, or keynote.

◆ Make your pitches and presentations more reflective of who you are.

◆ Apply for your boss’s position.

◆ Create a vision for how you want to care for yourself and others.

◆ Untangle your productivity and your worthiness.

◆ Give yourself permission to go for what you truly want.

Here’s what clients have created through our time together ~

My clients have published books, launched podcasts and second careers, started businesses, developed visibility and brand strategies, landed competitive positions, exhibited and sold artwork, created momentum on big projects, earned tenure, and planned sabbaticals—while strengthening their creativity, relationships, and networks.

This partnership is not about filling gaps in your leadership skillset…

Let’s work together because you want your leadership to reflect more of yourself, and more of what you want for the collective.

I believe — actually, I know — that when you step into your fullest expression of leadership (because you finally recognize the felt sense of it) that you will…

… Bring your authentic influence into every room.

… Deepen meaningful connections in your relationships.

…. Strengthen what’s working in your leadership, and release what has felt unwelcome for yourself and for where we are going as a collective.

And that’s how you bridge the disconnect between the leader you’ve been trained (and expected) to be, and the change you are here to create in the world.

~ Jennifer, artist, mother, & full professor

“Brooke supported me as I prioritized my studio work and helped me to speak my truth at home and in academia.”

~ Nora, facilitator & collaborative learning consultant

“I’m grateful for Brooke’s amazing listening, her presence, and her support as I planned my transition out of the academy to build my own business. As I walk down this new path unfolding underneath my feet, it feels very true to what I need to be doing.”

Together we will deepen the felt sense of your leadership—in every relationship and every room.

Here’s how we can get started.

  1. Book your free Connection Call.

  2. Fill out the quick form when you book. Your responses help me show up with ideas and strategies specific to you. (Often my clients tell me how generative this reflective process was for them.)

  3. You’ll get a confirmation email containing a link to our Zoom call. Go ahead and add our session to your calendar.

  4. We’ll talk! During our time, we’ll explore if we are a good fit for each other. (If I don’t think I’ve got what you need, I’ll tell you. Whenever possible, I’ll to refer you to other resources or coaches.)

  5. Time to get started!

The investment for six months inside The Leadership Atelier is $5,000. (You may choose to pay in monthly installments, or in full.)
